- Cook linguine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, toast curry powder for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the milk, salt and pepper., Bring to a boil. Add shrimp; cook until shrimp turn pink, 5-6 minutes. Drain linguine; toss with shrimp mixture and cilantro.

Steps:
- Dry season the shrimps by rubbing them with, curry powder, garlic powder, fish seasoning, salt, and Lawry's seasoning salt.
- Pour olive oil in a deep frying pot, place shrimps in the pot while stirring continuously. To this pot, add butter, parsley flakes, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Add bell peppers and ¾ of the prepared onion pieces to the pot and stir to combine. Cook until slightly softened.
- Pour the water in the pot and add the spaghetti. Cover and let simmer until spaghetti is cooked and water has combined with spices and veggies to achieve a gravy-like consistency.
- Simmer further, adding remaining onions. If the sauce is too thick, thin out with milk or cream.
- Serve warm.

Steps:
- In a 10-inch skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the red bell pepper and garlic and cook until tender, but not browned.
- Add the cranberry-apple juice and curry powder to the skillet and bring to a boil.
- Mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl and add to the skillet (stirring constantly) until the sauce thickens.
- Add the shrimp, tomato and green onions to the skillet and reduce the heat to low.
- Heat the mixture until evenly warmed.
- Spoon over the angel hair pasta to serve.

LINGUINE WITH CURRIED SHRIMP & SCALLOPS
I just love seafood with linguine and the curry powder really gives this a nice spicy taste! If you're a big curry fan, you can add more to your liking! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Rinse shrimp and pat dry with paper towels; set aside.
- Cook pasta according to directions on the package; drain, cover and keep warm.
- In a small bowl, mix well the apricot nectar, soy sauce, corn starch, and ginger.
- In a large wok on medium-high heat, add 1 Tbsp of the cooking oil.
- Add mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Add bok choy and onions and stir-fry 2 minutes more.
- Remove veggies with slotted spoon.
- Toss shrimp and scallops with curry powder.
- Add remaining oil to skillet and stir-fry shrimp and scallops until opaque in color.
- Push to side.
- Blend apricot mixture once more then add to skillet and stir until thickened and bubbly.
- Return veggies to skillet and stir entire ingredients until heated through.
- Spoon mixture over hot pasta and serve!

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook 4 minutes less than package instructions. Add green beans and cook until crisp-tender, about 3 more minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet, cook curry paste and cilantro stems in oil over medium heat, stirring, until very fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Add coconut milk, season with salt, and bring to a simmer; cook until thickened slightly, about 2 minutes. Stir in shrimp and cook until opaque, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in pasta, green beans, and lime juice. Toss to coat, adding enough reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce; season to taste. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro leaves.
