8 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup raisins, dried cranberries or chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup whole almonds
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Steps:

  • Toss together popcorn, raisins or cranberries and almonds in a large bowl.
  • Melt together the butter, curry powder, salt and sugar. Pour over the popcorn and toss to coat, adding more seasoning to taste.

2 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon curry powder
¼ teaspoon cumin
2 dashes hot sauce
1 gallon popped popcorn

Steps:

  • Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir in the garlic, turmeric, curry powder, and cumin; keep over heat 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and simmer 1 minute more. Add the hot sauce and pour over the popcorn. Serve immediately.

1 teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons maple syrup
.66 cup golden currants
2 cups corn chips
2 cups crispy corn cereal squares
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup popped popcorn

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
  • In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, mix together curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, maple syrup and golden currants. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  • In a large bowl, toss together corn chips, crispy corn cereal squares, mini pretzels and popped popcorn. Pour in curry powder mixture and toss gently to attain an even coating.
  • Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned.
