Steps:
- Gently fry the onion and garlic in the oil for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Add the curry powder and cook for another minute then allow the mixture to cool.
- Spoon into a food processor with the yoghurt, chutney and seasoning.
- Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the parsley and refrigerate before serving with crudites and bread.

- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir curry powder into the onion mixture; cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat to cool.
- Blend onion mixture, yogurt, chutney, and parsley in a food processor and blend until smooth.
