Steps:
- Beat Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sherry, curry powder, and salt together in a bowl; spread onto a serving platter into a 1/2-inch layer. Cover platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Spread chutney over cheese layer and top with green onion.

- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and curry until smooth. Spread in an ungreased 9-in. pie plate. Top with chutney; sprinkle with pecans and bacon. Serve with bread or crackers.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine olives, green onions, cheese, salt and curry powder. Spread this mixture on top of the sliced muffins. Arrange muffins on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) until cheese is melted and slightly browned, about 10 minutes. Cut muffins into bite-sized wedges.

This is THE most fabulous party appetizer. I had this at an after holiday party and it was by far the most requested recipe (my Recipe #163601 was the second!) Be sure to make ahead because it should chill at least 4 hours.

Steps:
- Blend pate ingredients together until combined.
- Line an 8" cake pan with plastic wrap and fill pan with cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 4 hours.
- NOTE: Can be frozen at this point. Defrost at room temperature before proceeding.
- Unmold pate on a large platter. Pour chutney over, then sprinkle with peanuts, onions, and coconut.
- Serve with crackers. ENJOY!

CHUTNEY GLAZED CHEESE PâTé
What a combination of flavors! From a recipe card set, this appetizer disappears quickly whenever I make it. Passive time is 1 hour chill time.

Steps:
- Blend cream cheese with the shredded cheese until well mixed. Do this by hand or in a food processor using a plastic blade.
- Mix in the sherry, curry powder and salt until well blended.
- Shape into a cake, about 5 inches in diameter, onto serving plate. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or as long as overnight.
- Before serving, pile mango chutney and green onions on top. Surround with crisp sesame or whole wheat crackers. Guests can either dip into the cheese or spread it with a knife.

- Place salmon fillet in pan and just cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on a plate, about 30 minutes.
