CAKE MIX CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). In large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, vanilla and eggs with spoon until dough forms.
• Refrigerate dough 15 to 30 minutes or as needed for easier handling. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart.
• Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store tightly covered.

COOKIE CUPCAKES

Steps:

• In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well., Spoon about 2 tablespoons dough into each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each halfway. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until edges are light brown., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat the brown sugar, egg and salt for 5 minutes or until lighter in color. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. , Remove partially-baked cupcakes from oven. Spoon rounded tablespoonfuls of filling into the center of each cupcake. Bake 12-14 minutes longer or until deep golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool.

CAKE MIX COOKIES IV

Steps:

• Mix together cake mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl.
• Make little balls with the dough and set on ungreased cookie sheets.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 4 - 10 minutes.

COOKIES AND CREAM CUPCAKES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two 12-cup muffin tins with paper liners. In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, buttermilk, vanilla and 1/2 cup hot water; whisk until smooth.
• Spoon 1 tablespoon batter into each muffin tin and press a cookie firmly into each cup until batter comes up sides of cookies. Divide remaining batter evenly among cups. Bake, rotating pans halfway through, until cupcakes are puffed and set, 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool completely in pan on wire rack.
• Put the buttercream in a large piping bag fitted with a 1/2-inch plain round tip (such as Ateco #808). Pipe onto cupcakes and sprinkle with crushed crumbs.

CAKE MIX COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
• In a large bowl mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil until smooth. Alternately you can do this step in the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment, mixing ingredients on low until combined.
• Mix in desired add-ins until evenly incorporated.
• Using a medium (2- tablespoon) cookie scoop portion the dough onto the prepared cookie sheet 2- inches apart. Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until lightly golden at the edges.
• Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

COOKIE DOUGH CUPCAKES

Steps:

• In a medium mixing bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Then set it aside.
• In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
• Add in 1 egg at a time and mix it until it's smooth.
• After it's smooth, mix in the vanilla.
• Slowly add the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar, alternating with the milk. Mix well.
• When it's combined, scoop the mixture into jumbo muffin tins lined with cupcake wrappers.
• Bake the cupcakes at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove them from the oven and let them cool.
• While the cupcakes are baking, make the edible cookie dough and frosting.
• TIP: To assemble your cupcake: take a knife and cut out the center of each cupcake and fill it with the edible cookie dough.
• To make this cookie dough, whip together the butter, sugar, flour, vanilla, and molasses until the mixture is light and fluffy. This should take about 2 minutes.
• Stir in the chocolate chips then transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
• Fill the center of each cupcake with the cookie dough mixture.
• In a small mixing bowl and add in 2 tablespoons of water and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of gelatin together. Use a whisk to combine. Let this sit for 1 minute and place it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Remove the whisk, making sure the gelatin is completely dissolved. Then, slowly whisk in 2 tablespoons of the whipping cream to the gelatin.
• Put the whisk attachment on your stand mixer then add in the powdered sugar, the rest of the whipping cream, and vanilla. Whip the ingredients on high until the cream starts to thicken.
• Slowly drizzle in the gelatin and continue whipping it until stiff peaks form.
• Transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag.
• Add the whipped cream frosting to the top of each cupcake.
