Steps:
- 1. CUT cucumber into 12 slices. USE melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each. FILL cream cheese spread; top with salmon and dill.
- 2. You can substitute 12 drained canned baby shrimp for the salmon.
- 3. Omit salmon & dill. Fill cucumber slices with cream cheese as directed. Drizzle evenly 1 tablespoon Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing.

Another great appetizer to serve those special guests you have coming - Another variation of this is to omit the salmon and dill. Top cucumber slices with cream cheese spread as directed, and drizzle with Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing. You can also substitute 12 canned baby shrimp for the salmon. So simple, yet so delicious!!
