1 1/4 ounces Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1 ounce tonic water
3/4 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce lime juice
3 slices English cucumbers
1 slice cucumber, peel

Steps:

Place cucumber wheels at the bottom of a Collins glass.
Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin, simple syrup and lime juice.
Add ice and top with tonic.
Garnish with a cucumber peel.

3 ounces (6 tablespoons) Cucumber-Infused Gin
3/4 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoons) Rose's lime juice, or to taste
Cucumber slices, for garnish

Steps:

Fill cocktail shaker with ice, and add gin and lime juice. Shake, then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with cucumber.

2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Cucumber wheel or lime wedge, for garnish

Steps:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the gin, lime juice and simple syrup. Stir vigorously with a long cocktail spoon until very cold.
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, or strain over a rocks glass filled with ice, depending on preference. Garnish with the cucumber wheel and serve immediately.
