CREAMY PORK WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE
Breaded pork cube steaks served with a wonderful sour cream sauce. Serve over hot cooked rice or potatoes. I usually double the recipe for the sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- In a shallow dish, stir together egg, water, rosemary, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip pork steaks into egg mixture, and coat with bread crumbs; brown pork 5 minutes on each side. Remove, and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In the same skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Stir in mushrooms, and cook until tender. Stir in soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Warm through, then pour over pork, and cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.

Steps:
- Cut the pork in about 1 inch pieces and saute in a pan with the vegetable oil for about 3 minutes over medium-high heat, until the pork is no longer pink and starts to brown.
- In a medium bowl mix the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the pork and bring to a boil. You may think there's too much water, but it will reduce. Once it's boiling turn the heat down to low and let simmer for about 30 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally, or until there's only about 3 tbsp of sauce left.
- Garnish with green onions. Serve over noodles or steamed rice.

BAKED CUBED PORK STEAK
These are melt in your mouth, fork tender cubed steaks. I had no plans to post this, but it was so delicious, I am posting it so I won't forget how I made it.

Steps:
- 1. Rub steaks on both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash, Tuscan seasoning and pepper on both sides. Place on a baking sheet that has been rubbed with olive oil.
- 2. Place on second from bottom rack of a 375° oven and cook for 15 min. Flip steaks over and cook another 10-15 min.

- Place cubed pork and flour together in a resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet or wok. When hot, add coated pork and brown quickly; remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Pour off remaining oil.
- In same skillet combine the chicken broth, water, soy sauce and sherry. Stir together and add the green onion, garlic, sugar, ginger, salt, pepper and reserved pork cubes. Bring all to a boil. Then lower heat, cover and let simmer 15 minutes or until pork is tender. Check occasionally to make sure sauce is not thickening too much. If needed, add more water.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large oven-safe baking dish, gently toss the pork with salt, pepper, onion, and olive oil. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- In the meantime, stir together the honey, dried red chili flakes, and garlic. Set aside.
- Remove the pan from the oven and add the honey and garlic mixture. Stir into the pork bites. (There will be a lot of water in the pan - do not drain!) Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered.
- Remove dish from oven, stir, and bake for 30 minutes. Then, repeat this step once more.
- Lastly, remove the dish from the oven again, add the sesame seeds, stir, and return to the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, and allow to cool for five minutes. Sprinkle with chopped, fresh parsley and sesame seeds. Serve.

- Cut 2 lbs. of pork cube steak into six 5 oz. portions, and then lightly sprinkle salt and pepper onto both the top and bottom sides of each piece.
- Dredge each piece of pork cube steak in flour, and then transfer them into the skillet. Cook each piece for four minutes on each side, or until browned.
- Cut 3 large onions into thin slices and transfer them into the skillet. Cook them for about three minutes, or until they are wilted. Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle 1 tbsp.
- Cook the onions and flour for four minutes, and then add 2 cups of chicken stock to the skillet. Continue stirring, and increase the heat to medium-high until the stock comes to a boil.
- Transfer the steaks back to the skillet and simmer for 45 minutes. Move the steaks to a platter and season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste.
