Crustless Chocolate Banana Pie Recipes

CRUSTLESS BANANA-CHOCOLATE PIE

Steps:

• Slice bananas into little chunks and distribute evenly onto the bottom of a pie plate.
• In a medium sauce pan, combine pudding and Jello mix with water; bring to a boil, stirring constantly with wire whisk until it boils pour over bananas and refrigerate at least 4 hours; then freeze for 2 hours.
• Serve with FREE whipped topping if desired.

CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE (NO CRUST)

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray the pie plate with cooking spray.
• Combine flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Add the butter, eggs, and vanilla; Stir well. Stir in the chocolate morsels and nuts. Spoon into a greased 9-inch pieplate.
• Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

CRUSTLESS BANANA CREAM PIE

Steps:

• Beat milk, sour cream & pudding mix until smooth (don't forget to add banana extract if you are using vanilla pudding).
• Place 1/3 layer of the banana slices in square baking dish or pie plate.
• Top with half of the pudding mixture.
• Repeat layers.
• Arrange the remaining bananas on top.
• Cover with whipped topping.
• Chill for 2 hours or so.

OLD-FASHIONED BANANA CREAM PIE

Steps:

• In a large bowl, whisk milk, pudding mix and vanilla for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Fold in 3 cups whipped topping. , Pour 1-1/3 cups of pudding mixture into pie crust. Layer with banana slices and remaining pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. If desired, garnish with additional banana slices. Refrigerate until serving.
