2 cups self-rising flour
1-1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, melted
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
3 cups cold milk
1 package (5.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
Colored sprinkles, optional

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the flour, pecans and brown sugar. Stir in butter. Press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack., In a bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set. Spread with the remaining whipped topping. Chill until set. Garnish with sprinkles if desired. Cut into squares.

  • Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper & set aside.
  • Combine the chocolate & coconut oil in a bowl & microwave on 30-second increments.
  • Once it is completely melted & silky smooth, fold in your crisp cereal & stir until it is all coated.
  • Spread it out in prepared pan & freeze for a couple of hours before cutting & serving.

300g Plain Flour
300g Granulated Sugar
80g Cocoa Powder
150g Butter (Vegan butter works great too!)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 180C
  • Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa in a large mixing bowl
  • Melt the butter until runny (either in microwave or in a pan)
  • Pour the melted butter into the flour mixture and mix to a crumble
  • Butter a deep-sided tin, then tip the crumble mixture into it
  • Use your hands or a spatula to press the crumble down to form a flat, dense cake
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with more granulated sugar
  • Allow to cool for 1 minute if you like them warm and soft, otherwise allow to fully cool for a 'crunch'

2 cups cold milk
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages Jell-O chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Topping, thawed, divided
2 (1 1/2 ounce) Skor English toffee bits, milk chocolate english toffee-flavored candy bars, chopped, divided (1.4 oz. each)
1 (6 ounce) Oreo cookie pie crusts
1 semi-sweet chocolate baking square, melted

Steps:

  • Beat milk and dry pudding mixes with wisk for 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in half the whipped topping and all but 3 T of the candy.
  • Spoon into the crust.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping and candy. Drizzle with chocolate. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding Pudding
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1/4 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

Steps:

  • Line 9-inch square pan with plastic wrap, with ends of plastic extending over sides. Mix 1-1/4 cups cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat cream cheese spread, peanut butter and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Top with 1/4 cup of the remaining cookie crumbs.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk in same bowl with mixer on low speed 2 min. Stir in remaining COOL WHIP; spoon over dessert. Top with remaining crumbs and nuts.
  • Freeze overnight. Remove dessert from freezer 20 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Use plastic wrap handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into squares.

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
4 cups Corn Pops® sweetened corn cereal or Froot Loops®

Steps:

  • 1. Place corn syrup and pudding mix in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat. Mix in peanut butter. Add KELLOGG'S CORN POPS cereal, stirring until well coated.2. Spread mixture into a thin layer on buttered baking sheet. Let stand until firm.
