1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Press firmly into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. , Meanwhile, combine the milk, egg, vanilla, walnuts and remaining chips. Spread evenly over hot crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°; lightly grease two baking sheets.
  • In a big bowl, cream together the butter, shortening, sugars, vanilla, salt, and vinegar.
  • Beat in the egg, then the baking soda and flour.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop dough by the tablespoonful onto the prepared baking sheets; bake for 12-14 minutes, until they are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a rack to cool.

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 cups Crispix® sweetened multi-grain cereal

Steps:

  • 1. Press cookie dough in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until dough puffs and appears dry.2. Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together ice cream topping, flour and vanilla.3. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over hot crust. Drizzle with caramel mixture. Sprinkle with cereal.
