INSTANT POT CRUMBLY BURGERS
Lean ground beef is cooked in your Instant Pot or slow cooker with sea salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce to make a flavorful filling. It's scooped onto a toasted bun and topped with cheddar, bacon, ketchup, mayo and pickles. An easy way to make burgers!

Steps:
- Turn your Instant Pot to the saute setting (MORE). When the display says hot add in the beef and break it up*. Add in the onion. Brown the beef and saute the onion for about 5 minutes. Drain off any grease. Then add in the sea salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire and stir to coat the beef. Add in the beef broth and pickle juice and scrape the bottom of the pot to deglaze.
- Cover the pot and secure the lid. Make sure the valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes. When the time is up let the pot sit for 5-10 minutes then move the valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the bacon. Use a slotted spoon to scoop the meat mixture onto the buns. Top with desired condiments. Eat and enjoy!

- Brown onion in butter.
- Add hamburger and cook unitl browned.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in flour and then milk.
- Heat until it bubbles.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
- Note-- if gravy is too thin for your taste, you may thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch.

- Stir in soup, water and kitchen bouquet, taste to see if you need to add salt and pepper.
- Set to simmer, stirring occasionally. If gravy gets too thick add more water.
- Boil or stem potatoes in salted water until tender.Drain.
- Toss potatoes with butter and parsley.
- Serve meat and gravy over potatoes.
SIMPLE, NO-MESS BURGER CRUMBLES

This method lets you stock your freezer with ground beef crumbles. After that, go wild with already-cooked crumbles that you can use in tacos, sloppy Joes, hamburger casserole, etc. Note: Time and amount are approximate. Today I have about 7.5 lbs of burger crammed into my largest crockpot.

Steps:
- Remove ground beef from package and loosely crumble into crockpot. (I use food handler gloves for this step.).
- Turn crockpot to low.
- You can stir the crock during cooking if you want to.
- Seven hours later (depending on crock), drain burger drippings into a grease jar. You can rinse the burger crumbles and crumble them smaller after they've been drained.
- Let burger cool.
- Package into ziplocks for the freezer.
