1 tablespoon Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Shaker
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 chicken breasts
6 tablespoons panko crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning powder and Parmesan cheese in a bowl until well combined.
  • Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tops of the chicken; then sprinkle evenly with the panko crumbs.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 cup ranch-style salad dressing (such as Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®)
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - lightly pounded to an even thickness

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheet with vegetable oil.
  • Put bread crumbs and ranch dressing into separate bowls.
  • Dip chicken into ranch dressing and press into bread crumbs to coat. Gently toss between your hands so any bread crumbs that haven't stuck can fall away. Arrange onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

The good ole, standby, oven baked Ranch Chicken that everybody loves, updated with the use of mayo, panko and crushed saltines.

1 cup panko style breadcrumbs
1/2 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
3 tablespoons (or 1 packet) dry Ranch Dressing and Seasoning Mix (like Hidden Valley)
6 boneless, skinless or bone-in chicken breasts with skin
1/4 teaspoon Creole or Cajun seasoning, or to taste, optional
1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray; set aside.
  • In a shallow pan, mix together the panko crumbs, cracker crumbs and ranch seasoning mix.
  • Lightly season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, brush with mayonnaise and dredge in the panko mixture. Place on the prepared pan and drizzle with the melted butter.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for about 40 to 45 minutes for large boneless, skinless breasts, or about 50 minutes for bone-in, or until juices run clear and chicken reads 160 degrees F on an instant read thermometer, when measured in the thickest part of the breast.
  • Pass quickly under the broiler to brown further, if desired.

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs (any flavor)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • In a bowl, add the ranch dressing.
  • In a shallow bowl or plate, place the bread crumbs. Dip each breast in the ranch dressing, turning on all sides until well-coated, shaking off any excess dressing. Lay the chicken in the bread crumbs and turn until evenly coated.
