Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese image

This creamy, comforting meal takes just moments to assemble and is always a big hit. Great for large family gatherings and to take to pot luck dinners. I'm always asked for the recipe!

1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
½ cup butter
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups whole milk
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup (such as Campbell's®)
1 pinch paprika, or as desired

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain and transfer pasta to slow cooker.
  • Add butter to pasta and stir until melted; season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle about 1/2 the Cheddar cheese over pasta and stir.
  • Whisk evaporated milk and eggs together in a bowl until smooth; stir into pasta mixture.
  • Whisk milk and Cheddar cheese soup together in a bowl until smooth; stir into pasta mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese over pasta mixture; garnish with paprika.
  • Cook on Low for 3 hours.

This is the best creamy crockpot mac and cheese around. It's the ultimate comfort food and sure to become a favorite recipe with the entire family.

16 ounces elbow macaroni
4 cups whole milk
8 ounces yellow cheddar cheese (extra-sharp, shredded by hand)
8 ounces white cheddar cheese (extra-sharp, shredded by hand)
½ cup grated parmesan
1 ½ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
½ teaspoon white pepper
4 ounces cream cheese (room-temp )
8 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon ground mustard

Steps:

  • To begin, you'll fill a large pot halfway up with water and bring to a boil.Once the water has started to boil, pour in a little bit of olive oil and the box of macaroni. Cook the macaroni for 2-3 minutes and then drain.
  • In the insert of your crockpot, place the milk and the elbow macaroni noodles. Stir well to make sure that the noodles are not sticking together.
  • Then add the milk, shredded cheddar cheeses, parmesan, and seasonings.
  • Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  • Cut the cream cheese into small, one-inch cubes and stir in the cream cheese and the sour cream until the cream cheese starts to melt.
  • Cook on low for an additional 20-30 minutes until it's hot and creamy.

2 teaspoons margarine or 2 teaspoons butter, melted
0.5 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
2 cups peaches, mashed
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine sugars and Bisquick in a bowl.
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Add margarine and milk.
  • Add peaches and cinnamon.
  • Pour into crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
