- Brush turkey with oil. Combine the garlic, seasoned salt, paprika, Italian seasoning and pepper; rub over turkey. Transfer to a 6-qt. slow cooker; add water. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until tender. Lemon-Garlic Turkey Breast: Combine 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley, 8 minced garlic cloves, 4 teaspoons grated lemon zest, 2 teaspoons salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt; rub over turkey breast. Add water and cook as directed.

Steps:
- Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry.
- Place quartered oranges and sprigs of fresh thyme and rosemary into the bottom of a large slow cooker.
- Drizzle olive oil over turkey breast and sprinkle with chopped thyme, rosemary, and salt and pepper to taste. Rub into the skin.
- Place turkey breast into slow cooker and pour chicken broth around the turkey.
- Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 5-7 hours or until turkey reaches 165 degrees with an instant-read thermometer.
- Remove turkey from slow cooker and tent with foil for 20 minutes.
- To brown skin, place under broiler for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and then tent with foil.
- Slice and serve.

Steps:
- Grate zest from lemons, and juice them.
- Mix zest and juice with remaining marinade ingredients.
- Place turkey in a nonmetallic dish.
- Spoon marinade over turkey, turning to coat breast.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours, or (preferably) overnight.
- To cook, place turkey and marinade in the crock pot, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until tender.
- Serve hot.
- To use for salads or sandwiches, cool; cover and refrigerate.
- Slice or chop.

- Sprinkle turkey with lemon pepper. Place turkey breast halves, meaty sides down in a 5 quart crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and clook for 5 hours. Remove turkey to platter, reserving cooking liquid in cooker. Set turkey aside and keep warm.
- Combine flour and water in a saucepan , stirring with a whisk unti blended. Gradually add reserved cooking liquid, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until thick, stirring ocassionaly.
- Serve turkey with gravy.
