- Place the steak in a slow cooker. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar and sesame oil. Pour this mixture on top of the steak in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3 hours until the beef is tender.
- Whisk together the cornstarch and cold water in a small mixing bowl. Stir this mixture into the slow cooker.
- Then stir in the broccoli and cook on low for about 30 minutes or until sauce is thickened and broccoli is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately over rice.

- Place slices of beef in the liquid and toss to coat.

- After 4 hours, whisk together cornstarch and water in small bowl. Pour into crock pot, add the broccoli and gently stir to combine.
- Cover with lid and cook 30 minutes to cook broccoli and thicken sauce.

- In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add beef; stir to coat. Cover and cook on low until tender, about 6 hours. , In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and cold water until smooth; stir into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high until thickened, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, place a steamer basket over 1 in. of water. Place broccoli in basket. Bring water to a boil. - 1. Place beef in a crock pot.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine consomme, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, and garlic. Pour over beef. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- 3. In a cup, stir cornstarch and sauce form the crock pot until smooth. Add to crock pot. Stir well to combine. (If your sauce is not thickening, try bringing your sauce to a boil on the stovetop with the corn starch mixture. Boil until your desired consistency is reached).
- 4. Add broccoli to the crock pot. Stir to combine.
- 5. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes on high (the sauce has to boil for it to thicken).
- 6. Serve over hot cooked rice.

- Crumble beef bouillon cube into warm water in a bowl and stir to dissolve; add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil and stir to dissolve sugar.
- Put beef strips into a slow cooker crock. Pour sauce mixture over the beef.
- Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours (or on High for 4 hours).
