1 (2 pound) package frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes, thawed
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup milk
1 pinch seasoned salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup crushed cheese-flavored crackers (such as Cheez-It®), divided

Steps:

  • Mix hash brown potatoes, Cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, milk, seasoned salt, garlic, and 1/2 cup cheese-flavored crackers in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on Low, stirring occasionally until cooked through, about 2 hours. Stir and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese-flavored crackers.

Fluffier than the shredded cheesy potatoes. For added zing, I like to use the "O'Brien" variety of frozen hash browns that comes with bits of red pepper and onion in it. For super-fast prep, use dried minced onion and the prepackaged shredded cheese.

2 lbs frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
16 ounces sour cream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  • Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Turn ingredients into crock pot.
  • Cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours.

2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts ((cut into 6 filets))
1 lb gold potatoes ((cut into small wedges))
1 10.75 oz can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1/3 cup fat free chicken broth
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese ((shredded))
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in slow cooker. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.
  • Season chicken breasts with paprika, salt and pepper, and place on top of potatoes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and the broth, and pour over the chicken and potatoes. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours.
  • Using a slotted spoon, transfer the chicken and potatoes to a separate plate (cover with a lid or foil to keep warm), and set slow cooker onto high heat.
  • Stir in Worcestershire and shredded cheese to the liquid that is remaining, and mix well. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes (or until cheese is melted). Stir cheese sauce until well-blended, and spoon over chicken and potatoes.

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Place peppers in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with potatoes. Sprinkle paprika over chicken. Place 4 thighs in slow cooker; cover with soup and remaining thighs. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  • Use slotted spoon to transfer chicken and vegetables to platter; cover to keep warm. Set slow cooker on HIGH heat. Add VELVEETA and Worcestershire sauce to reserved liquid in slow cooker; stir. 4 thawed uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts (do not cook 1st or your recipe will be dry and not come out right.
1 32 oz package frozen potato any shape.( tater tots, hash browns, or home fries )
16oz bag of shredded cheese of your choice or two 8 oz different flavors
( 8 oz sharp cheddar and 8 oz colby jack is awesome)
1 can of cream of **anything soup. (we like cream of asparagus) (also cream of chicken)
1/4 cup of milk

Steps:

  • *spray bottom and sides of crockpot with cooking spray *put 1/2 bag of frozen potatoes in first, *place uncooked chicken breasts on top of the potatoes *sprinkle 8 oz of cheese on top of the chicken, *add the rest of the bag of potatoes, * add the other 8 oz cheese. *mix can of cream of **whatever soup with 1/4 cup milk and pour over top. *do not mix or stir. **set crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 8-10 hours. **sometimes I add some bacon crumbles with the cheese and it is like a loaded baked potato.
