CROCK POT CHRISTMAS CRACK
This super easy candy recipe is delicious. The chocolate's smooth and creamy - kind of tastes like a cross between a Reese's cup and a Snickers bar. This recipe makes a huge batch of candy. It would be great on the dessert table or package in tins as a festive holiday gift.

- Put all of the ingredients in a crock pot. (Except for the sprinkles.) Cover and set the temperature to warm. Let sit for 1 hour; then stir the mixture. Continue to heat for another hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes for an additional hour or until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Once everything is melted, portion out the candy into mini paper baking cups. (I found it helpful to place the cups in a mini muffin pan before filling them with the candy to help them keep their shape. This isn't required, just helpful.) Top with sprinkles and allow to cool until set.

- Layer peanuts evenly into your crockpot. Add almond bark, chocolate chips, and dark chocolate bar on top.
- Remove lid and stir well. If all of the chocolate isn't completely melted, continue to cook uncovered on low heat, stirring occasionally, for another 15-30 minutes (or as long as is needed until chocolate is melted).
- Turn off heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Add mini marshmallows and stir briefly, just until marshmallows are coated in chocolate and combined (if you stir too much you will melt your marshmallows, you want them to pretty much maintain their shape).
