Steps:
- Place ham in a 7 to 8 quart slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, apricot preserves and mustard. Pour over ham. Cover ham and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or until a thermometer reads 140 degrees. **Make sure to take the temperature from the thickest part of the ham.
- Remove ham from slow cooker and spoon over juices from bottom of pot. Slice or remove slices and serve.

- I used a 7 qt crock pot and fed 9 people with about 4 cups leftover.
- You might want to half the recipe.
- Combine all ingredients including pineapple juice, but NOT the pineapple or cornstarch yet.
- Cook on low 5 hours.
- Add cornstarch - ( all if very liquid ) and the pineapple.
- Cook for an additional 1 or 2 hours. I "cooked" for 6 hour total, but after all cooking was done I had it on warm for another 2 hours. I started way too early and misjudged how long it would take to cook.
- The ham made a kind of smoky tasting sweet and sour sauce, but it was good. I served it with rice on a busy school night and except for one teenage dweeb who eats nothing but hamburgers, they all liked it.

Crock Pot Ham is my favorite holiday recipe, with just 4 simple ingredients and it can be made in ONE POT. This slow cooker ham recipe is made with brown sugar and pineapple, which provides a wonderful sweet and tangy flavor.

- First, while your ham is still in the packaging, place it in the crock pot to see how it fits. You may need to cut it into portions to fit it in the crockpot. Then, unwrap it and either place it whole back in the crockpot or cut it into pieces to fit in the crockpot. You can also choose to pre-slice it if you would like.
- Next, open the can of sliced pineapple and drain the juice out into a separate bowl. You will use all of the juice so set it aside, do not discard!
- Then, measure out the 1/3 cup of brown sugar and add it to the bowl with the pineapple juice, whisking to dissolve.
- After that, add in the 1/2 tsp of ground cloves and whisk to combine. Set juice mixture aside.
- Now, arrange the slices of pineapple all over the surface of your ham and in between slices if you pre-sliced the ham.
- If you chose to included cherries, place them inside the center of the pineapples.
- Lastly, pour the pineapple juice mixture over the entire top of the ham and pineapple slices.
- Now, place the lid on the crock pot and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.
- A 7-10lb ham in the crock pot cooked takes about 4 hours. A bone-In ham will take 5-6 hours to fully heat up. If you have a smaller, 2-4 lb ham, aim for around 2 hours of cooking time.

- Unwrap ham from all of the packaging. Place the ham into a deep 8-quart slow cooker. If your slow cooker isn't deep or wide enough, you won't be able to put the lid on.
- Whisk together well then pour half of this mixture on top of the ham, setting aside the rest of the liquid for later. Drop 5 of the cloves into the bottom of the slow cooker along with a stick of cinnamon. Place lid on crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- About 20 minutes before serving the ham, boil the rest of the liquid you set aside earlier. Drop in the last 5 cloves and remaining cinnamon stick. Whisk it well. Reduce heat to medium low and glaze is bubbly and thickened (about 15 minutes) stirring occasionally.
