- Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place ham, flat side down, in the slow cooker.
- Pour ⅓ cup water around the sides and bottom of the ham.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Dijon mustard, brown sugar, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon. Whisk constantly and cook for 2-5 minutes, or until sugar dissolves.
- Pour glaze over ham in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours or until heated through if your ham is precooked. If it's not precooked, it will take 4-6 hours.
- When ham is done cooking, remove it from the slow cooker and cut into slices.
- Pour the ham drippings through a strainer and into a medium saucepan.
- Whisk together 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water then whisk into drippings over medium-high heat.
- Continue cooking and whisking until gravy comes to a boil and reaches desired thickness.
- Serve gravy with ham.

- Place your ham in your crock pot flat side down
- Take a fork and pierce your ham all over
- Pour your honey all over your ham
- Mix together your hot water and brown sugar and pour over your ham
- Cover and cook on low for around 6 hours
- Drain your juices into a medium size pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat on your stove
- Mix together in a coffee cup your corn starch and cold water while your juices are coming to a boil, as soon as they start to boil, pour in your corn starch mixture
- Stir gently and frequently until the glaze reaches ALMOST the thickness you desire (it will thicken up more as it cools)
- Cut ham into serving size pieces and serve with glaze

- Remove ham from the packaging and discard any flavoring packet. If using a bone-in ham, check the end of the bone for a plastic cap and, if present, discard.
- Pour the pineapple juice in bottom of a large (6- to 9-quart), oval slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, Dijon, balsamic vinegar, and honey into a paste. Spread brown sugar mixture all over ham and place, flat side down, in slow cooker.
- Cover slow cooker with lid and set to LOW. Cook ham for 4 to 6 hours or until the meat is tender and the internal temperature reaches 140°F. If desired, flip and baste the ham halfway through cooking time and again about an hour before the ham is done.
- Once ham is done, remove to a platter and tent with foil to keep warm and rest for 15 minutes. Skim any fat and strain the juices from the crock pot into a saucepan. Place the pot on the stove over medium heat and bring the juices to a simmer.
- In a small bowl, use a fork to stir the cornstarch into the water to make a slurry. Slowly pour the slurry into the pot while whisking the ham juices. Allow the mixture to bubble and thicken for a minute or two, stirring occasionally. If you desire a thicker sauce, you may make and stir in a bit more cornstarch slurry.
- Serve the ham warm, with the sauce on the side or spooned on top.

- Coat your slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place ham in crock pot.
- In a small bowl, stir together butter and honey. Pour over ham. Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Remove ham from crock pot and place in a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine sugar, onion powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic powder, cloves, ginger, and paprika until well mixed. Sprinkle half over the ham. Place in the oven and broil on HIGH until caramelized. (Check on the ham while the glaze cooks!)
- Put the other half of the sugar mixture in a small saucepan with 3 tablespoons water. Simmer over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove ham from oven and pour glaze over ham. Broil 1-2 more minutes, keeping an eye on things. Remove from oven and serve warm or at room temperature.

Steps:
- Cut ham in equal halves.
- Stick 20 whole cloves into each half.
- You can cut a diamond pattern first if you want, and stick one clove into the center of the diamond.
- Place each ham into a Ziploc bag and freeze until ready to use.
- If desired, defrost one ham the night before you wish to make it (I will often make it right from frozen, but most people argue that this is not safe).
- Place 4 tbsp of honey over one ham before cooking and cook on high for about 3 hours or on low for 6 hours, Increase cooking time if making from frozen.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 for second ham.
