2 pound boneless ham (about)
1-2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
8 oz crushed pineapple

Steps:

  • Prep a small crock pot with a good coat of PAM.
  • Place 8 oz can of crushed pineapple in the bottom the crock pot.
  • Brush the ham with a generous amount of honey, about 1-2 tablespoons.
  • Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar with 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves, cinnamon, and dry mustard.
  • Pack the brown sugar mixture on the ham.
  • Move the ham cut side down to the crock pot on top of the pineapple. Pile any remaining brown sugar on top of the ham.
  • Cook for approximately 3 hours on low. At about 1 1/2 to 2 hours into cooking, spoon some of the pineapple solution on top of the ham and check the temperature. Cook to an internal temp of 140°-150°. Your time may vary some due to the difference in crock pots and the size/thickness of the ham.
  • Remove from crock pot and allow to sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with some of the pineapple solution.

7 lb semi-boneless fully-cooked ham
2/3 c honey
1.25 c brown sugar (packed)
1 c hot water
3 T corn starch
3 T cold water

Steps:

  • Place your ham in your crock pot flat side down
  • Take a fork and pierce your ham all over
  • Pour your honey all over your ham
  • Mix together your hot water and brown sugar and pour over your ham
  • Cover and cook on low for around 6 hours
  • Drain your juices into a medium size pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat on your stove
  • Mix together in a coffee cup your corn starch and cold water while your juices are coming to a boil, as soon as they start to boil, pour in your corn starch mixture
  • Stir gently and frequently until the glaze reaches ALMOST the thickness you desire (it will thicken up more as it cools)
  • Cut ham into serving size pieces and serve with glaze

3 tablespoons honey
6 pound Bone-In Spiral Ham
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp paprika

Steps:

  • Coat your slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place ham in crock pot.
  • In a small bowl, stir together butter and honey. Pour over ham. Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Remove ham from crock pot and place in a baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine sugar, onion powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic powder, cloves, ginger, and paprika until well mixed. Sprinkle half over the ham. Place in the oven and broil on HIGH until caramelized. (Check on the ham while the glaze cooks!)
  • Put the other half of the sugar mixture in a small saucepan with 3 tablespoons water. Simmer over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove ham from oven and pour glaze over ham. Broil 1-2 more minutes, keeping an eye on things. Remove from oven and serve warm or at room temperature.

1 (8 pound) spiral-cut ham, or more to taste
½ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
⅓ cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon water

Steps:

  • Spray the slow cooker insert with cooking spray and place ham inside.
  • Combine honey, brown sugar, mustard, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, whisking thoroughly, until sugar is melted and ingredients are combined, 2 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Pour water into the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour sauce over the ham. Cover.

½ cup honey
¼ cup molasses
¼ cup orange juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
10 (10 pound) shank ham

Steps:

  • Blend brown sugar, honey, molasses, orange juice, and mustard together in a saucepan over medium-low heat until thickened, about 45 minutes. Remove from heat. Let glaze sit until flavors blend, 8 hours to overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C). Place ham in a roasting pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven, checking occasionally, about 10 hours. If ham begins to darken at that point, cover with aluminum foil. Continue baking, about 2 hours more.
  • Increase oven temperature to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Bake, coating ham thoroughly with the glaze mixture every 30 minutes, about 2 hours more. Remove from the oven and let stand 15 to 20 minutes before slicing. Serve any remaining glaze with ham, if desired.

2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons water

Steps:

  • Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place ham, flat side down, in the slow cooker.
  • Pour ⅓ cup water around the sides and bottom of the ham.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Dijon mustard, brown sugar, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon. Whisk constantly and cook for 2-5 minutes, or until sugar dissolves.
  • Pour glaze over ham in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours or until heated through if your ham is precooked. If it's not precooked, it will take 4-6 hours.
  • When ham is done cooking, remove it from the slow cooker and cut into slices.
  • Pour the ham drippings through a strainer and into a medium saucepan.
  • Whisk together 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water then whisk into drippings over medium-high heat.
  • Continue cooking and whisking until gravy comes to a boil and reaches desired thickness.
  • Serve gravy with ham.
