SLOW-COOKER PULLED PORK FAJITAS
Walk in the door and dinner's almost ready, when you let your slow cooker do the work while you're at work!

Steps:
- Place Reynolds™ Slow Cooker Liners inside a 5- to 6 1/2 -qt slow cooker bowl. Make sure that liner fits snugly against the bottom and sides of bowl and pull the top of the liner over rim of bowl.
- Place pork in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Top with salsa. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove pork from cooker; place on cutting board. Shred pork using 2 forks; return pork to cooker and mix well. Stir in stir-fry vegetables. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 30 minutes longer or until mixture is hot and vegetables are tender.
- Using slotted spoon, place 1/2 cup meat mixture in each warm tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with sour cream.

Steps:
- Trim off excess fat from pork.
- Place pork in slow cooker and place onions on top of roast.
- Mix remaining ingredients together except tortillas; pour over pork.
- cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until pork is very tender.
- Remove pork; place on large platter or cutting board and pull pork apart.
- Place pork in serving bowl and pour sauce on top.
- Spoon filling into tortillas and roll up.

- Sprinkle roast with 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; brown meat. Transfer meat to a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker. In a large bowl, combine the next 8 ingredients and remaining 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning; pour over meat. Cook, covered, on low until a thermometer inserted in pork reads at least 145°, about 3 hours., Remove roast; cool slightly. Cut pork into 1-in. cubes; return to slow cooker. Heat through. If desired, serve pork with rice and hot sauce., Freeze option: Place cubed pork in freezer containers; top with cooking juices. Cool and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. - Place pork in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Place onion on top. Mix barbecue sauce, salsa, chili powder and cumin in small bowl; pour over pork and onion.
- Cover and cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove pork from cooker; place on cutting board. Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to cooker and mix well. Stir in stir-fry vegetables and salt. Increase heat setting to High. Cover and cook 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and vegetables are tender.
- Using slotted spoon to remove pork mixture from cooker, fill each tortilla with 1/2 cup pork mixture. Fold one end of tortilla up about 1 inch over filling; fold right and left sides over folded end, overlapping. Fold remaining end down. Serve with cheese, guacamole and sour cream.

CROCK POT CHICKEN (OR PORK) FAJITAS
Edited to add: I just made these again last night using 1 lb of pork stir fry strips instead of chicken and it turned out great! Very flavorful. I stirred in an extra TBS of taco seasoning an hour before it was done based on the other reviews but I'm not sure it needed it. I would suggest maybe only adding the extra taco seasoning if your chicken breasts are large or you're using more than a pound of pork. These are really easy to make and taste Great rolled up in warm flour tortillas with all the usual fajita toppings.
