Steps:
- Set your Crockpot to low and begin by pouring the entire bag of frozen meatballs into the bottom of your Crockpot. Pour the beef broth over the meatballs. Dump all of the frozen Perogies into a large bowl then pour the Alfredo sauce over them. Stir and toss until each Pierogi is coated with the Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle your Pierogies with Italian seasoning and toss once more. Now add the Alfredo sauce covered Pierogies on top the of meatballs in your Slow Cooker. I like to be sure the Pierogies are on top of the meatballs. Try not to allow any of the Pierogi to be completely against the side of the Crock as it will brown too much on that hot spot. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning once more then place the lid on top and allow to cook 2 to 3 hours on high or 4 to 6 hours on low. Serve straight from the Crockpot or place onto a casserole dish to serve.

EASY CROCK POT MEATBALLS
My kids love spaghetti and meatballs, okay so does this big kid. What I don't love is all the time spent slaving over the stove. So the last time I made meatballs I decided to try them out in the crock pot. I was thrilled they came out soooooo yummy. On the plus side this recipe can be a freezer/crock pot meal too. Just make...

- In a bowl add the ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, oregano, paprika, garlic cloves, parmesan, salt and pepper. Use clean or gloved* hands to combine the mixture. Form into meatballs. I made my meatballs fairly large, probably about ⅓ cup each. Place the meatballs on top of the pasta in one layer.
- Cover the pot and secure the lid. Make sure the valve is set to “sealing.” Set the manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes on high pressure. When the time is up let the pot sit for 5 minutes (display will read L0:05). Move the valve to venting. Open the pot. Use a spoon to scoop the meatballs onto a platter.
- Turn the Instant Pot to the saute mode. Add warmed half and half, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into the pot. Stir. If you want your sauce less runny you can thicken it with a cornstarch slurry. Mix 1 Tbsp of cold water with 1 Tbsp of cornstarch until smooth and stir the mixture into the pot. The sauce will thicken fairly quickly.
