Steps:
- Place the chicken pieces in the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle with the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, creole seasoning, basil, and curry powder. Drizzle the butter over all. Add the chicken broth, pouring it around the edges so as not to wash the seasonings off the chicken. Cover the crock pot and cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Add the rice mix and seasoning packet. Reduce the crock pot to LOW and cook for one more hour or until the chicken is cooked and the rice is done. You can also cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces before cooking. Reduce initial cooking time to one hour on high.

Steps:
- Combine curry, onion, ginger, oil and cayenne in a medium mixing bowl.
- Stir in meat, working spice mixture into meat with fingers.
- Place in Ziploc and refrigerate 1 - 24 hours.
- Brown meat mixture and place in crock pot.
- Add Rice and Broth to crock pot and mix well.
- Cook on low 3-4 hours or until chicken is cooked through and all liquid is absorbed.

- Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut each breast half into 2 pieces. Sprinkle chicken with curry powder.
- Gradually stir Gravy Mix into broth in slow cooker until well blended. Add seasoned chicken and remaining ingredients except rice; stir well. Cover.
- Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
- Gently stir in rice. Cover. Cook 15 to 20 minutes longer on HIGH or until rice is tender. Remove bay leaves before serving.
