Salt and Pepper (to taste)
.7 oz Italian Dressing Mix Packet
21.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup ((2-10.75 oz cans))
8 oz Package Cream Cheese (Softened)
Serve with Cooked Rotini Pasta

Steps:

  • Place Chicken in slow cooker.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix remaining ingredients (except pasta) with a mixer until fluffy.
  • Slather sauce ingredients over the top of the chicken.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  • Serve over pasta.

3 lbs chicken pieces
1 (2/3 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
4 tablespoons melted butter (divided)
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth

Steps:

  • Place chicken pieces in crock pot and sprinkle Italian seasoning over chicken. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a sauce pan and saute onion and garlic. Add Cream of Chicken Soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth.
  • Add this mixture to crock pot and cook on low for an additional hour.

2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
1 package Zesty Italian Dressing Mix (dry)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (added right before serving)

Steps:

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of a crock pot and turn to high.
  • Add the 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can chicken broth, and the package of dry Zesty Italian Dressing Mix.
  • I mix mine together before putting into the crock pot, but that is not necessary.
  • Allow the mixture to cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6 - 8 hours.
  • When it is finished cooking, add the 8 oz. cream cheese and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.

4 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

Steps:

  • Rinse chicken, and pat dry with paper towels. Place chicken breasts into a slow cooker, and drizzle melted butter all over the chicken breasts, lifting them up to allow butter to flow underneath the chicken. Cover the cooker, set to High, and cook until tender, 4 to 5 hours. With a metal spatula, chop up the chicken into bite-size pieces in the slow cooker.

4 chicken breast halves (boneless and skinless)
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix, regular or zesty (see below for a homemade version)
1/3 cup water
1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese (softened)
1 (10 3/4 ounces) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 (4 ounces) can mushroom (stems and pieces, drained)
1 cup rice or noodles (cooked)

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Place the chicken breast halves in the crockery insert of a slow cooker.
  • Combine salad dressing mix and water in a cup and pour it over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and soup until well blended. Stir in mushrooms. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken.
  • Cook for 1 to 3 hours longer or until chicken is cooked through. Take care not to overcook or the chicken breasts will be dry.
  • Serve this creamy Italian chicken with rice or hot cooked noodles .
