Super easy ham in a crock pot recipe!

8.25 lb Ham
20 oz pineapple juice
1 Cup Brown Sugar

Steps:

  • Place ham in slow cooker.
  • Pour juice over top and pack ham with brown sugar.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours

Crock Pot Cooked Fresh Ham is so easy, moist and tender and makes a lot to feed a crowd or use for other dishes. Leftovers are great to put in the freezer!

Number Of Ingredients 5

7 pound fresh ham
¼ cup soy sauce (If you are gluten free, be sure to use a gluten free soy sauce)
1/4 cup salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Steps:

  • Rub soy sauce over all sides of the ham.
  • Mix salt, pepper and garlic powder together in a small bowl.
  • Thoroughly coat the ham with the seasoning. You may not need all of it.
  • What is left can be stored in a jar or Ziploc bag (unless it touched the meat at all; then discard).
  • Put meat into a greased crock pot and add ½ cup of water to the bottom.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • It could also be cooked in a 325* oven; about 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is 160*. Let the meat rest a few minutes before slicing.
  • Slice or shred and enjoy!

2 cups packed brown sugar
1 (8 pound) cured, bone-in picnic ham

Steps:

  • Spread about 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar on the bottom of the slow cooker crock. Place the ham flat side down into the slow cooker - you might have to trim it a little to make it fit. Use your hands to rub the remaining brown sugar onto the ham. Cover, and cook on Low for 8 hours.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup cola, divided
1 fully cooked boneless ham (5 to 6 pounds), cut in half

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, horseradish and 2 tablespoons cola. Rub over ham. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker; add remaining cola to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low until a thermometer reads 140°, 6-8 hours.
