CINNAMON ROLLS- FOR CROCKPOT
These are so quick a oh so easy! Make them for Sunday breakfast- prepare and cook in the Crockpot for 2 to 3 hours- go to Church - and when you come home- the smell of the cinnamon will be a welcoming delight- now eat the ooey-gooey morsels...mmmmm

Steps:
- 1. Coat crockpot with Pam liberally. In a small bowl mix melted butter and vanilla. In another bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 2. Separate the biscuits;roll each biscuit in the butter mixture and then in the brown sugar mixture. Place the prepared biscuits in the crockpot and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
- 3. Cover the top of the crockpot with a large sheet of paper towel and then place lid on the towel. (this helps prevent condensation from dripping on the rolls).
- 4. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, on medium. --- Mix glaze ingredients and pour over the warm rolls on serving plate.

Steps:
- 1. Open cinnamon roll cans, reserve icing packets. Cut each roll in 1/4's. I insert Crock Pot cooking bag into pot. Spray bag or pot with Pam. (You don't need to use a bag, it just makes clean up easier) Set rolls into crock pot.
- 2. Whisk together: eggs, milk, syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over rolls. Drizzle one (1) icing packet over top.
- 3. Place lid on crock pot. Cook for 2-3 hours on low. When done, remove lid and sprinkle 2nd icing packet over.

- Add water, yeast, and honey to the bowl of a stand mixer fitting with a dough hook and stir to combine. Allow to rest for 5 minutes (mixture will rise and foam).

- Use a floured rolling pin to roll dough into a 9x15 inch rectangle. Use a pizza cutter to trim off the sides if it isn't perfectly rectangular. Spread softened butter over the surface of the dough. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over the butter.

- Pour the milk into a glass measuring cup. Put it in the microwave for 45 seconds. Pour the warm milk into the bowl of a stand mixer. Sprinkle the yeast over the top. Add the eggs, butter, salt and sugar. Add the flour and mix for 5 minutes. This will knead the dough. Once the 5 minutes is up turn off the mixer and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough onto your countertop. I placed it on a silpat* so it wouldn’t stick. This worked perfectly because the silicone mat was the exact size I need to roll out my dough to fit. If you don’t have a silpat then you’ll want to dust your counter with flour so it doesn’t stick. Flour a rolling pin lightly and roll the dough to about a 11 x 16 rectangle.
- Cover the dough with filling: Use a rubber spatula to smooth the cinnamon filling over the whole dough rectangle.
