This simple Crock Pot Cheesy Taco Dogs recipe is so delicious and great for a treat at home or to take to a party or potluck!

1 lb lean ground beef (browned and drained)
15 oz Can Refried Beans
1 oz taco seasoning
1 cup Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese (plus more if you want to sprinkle some on top at the end)
10.5 oz Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 lb hot dogs (cooked)
hot dog buns

Steps:

  • Mix together your ground beef, beans, seasoning and soup in your 4-quart crock pot until well combined
  • Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally
  • Once heated through, serve over cooked hot dogs on buns and sprinkle with shredded cheese, if desired

8 oz mild Mexican pasteurized prepared cheese product with jalapeño peppers, cut into cubes (1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup mild taco sauce
1 can (15 oz) chili without beans
3 lb cocktail-size hot dogs or smoked link sausages
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, place cheese, taco sauce, chili and hot dogs; stir to coat well.
  • Cover; cook on Low heat setting 5 to 6 hours, stirring once halfway through cooking. Before serving, sprinkle with cilantro. Serve hot dogs with tortilla chips, if desired.
