Steps:
- First broil the chicken pieces in oven on both sides until golden brown. Transfer chicken into crockpot. Mix together melted butter, hot pepper sauce, vinegar and ranch dressing mix. Pour over chicken in crockpot. Cook in low setting for 4 hours.
- You can broil the chicken in the oven the night before, then assemble everything in the crockpot the following day.

I love chicken wings of any kind. This is an easy recipe that you can put in the crockpot in the morning and they will be ready by game time...perfect snack, served with ranch dressing and celery sticks.

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except wings. Stir well to combine.
- 2. Wash the wings and pat them dry with paper towels until they are very dry. This will help the sauce stick to the wings better.
- 3. Add wings to the sauce ingredients and mix well until wings are completely covered with sauce.
- 4. Pour everything into your Crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- 5. Serve with crisp celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dip.

- Place Chicken Wings in Crockpot. Cover with lid and cook on High for 2.5 hours. After 2.5 hours, remove juices from crockpot. In small mixing bowl, combine Ranch Packet and BBQ Sauce and stir well. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover, and cook for 30 minutes more, or until done. ENJOY!!

I love to make my BBQ chicken wings this way. My Fiancee hates when I make my chicken wings like this because the meat just falls off the bone but that's why I love them. I think these are sticky and so, so, good.

Steps:
- Deep fry the chicken wings just until lightly golden and slightly crisp.
- Drain grease off.
- Place the chicken wings in the crock pot then pour the BBQ sauce over the wings stirring to coat.
- Turn the crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
- When cooking is done remove the chicken wings from the crock pot and place on a cookie sheet.
- Preheat an oven to 350°.
- Coat all the chicken wings with BBQ sauce and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sauce on the chicken wings is sticky to the touch.

- Mix sugar, paprika, mustard, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper together. Place ingredients in large plastic zip-lock bag. Dump chicken wings or drumsticks into bag and shake until all chicken is coated; transfer to slow cooker. Pour 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce over chicken and stir to coat. Cover and cook until chicken is tender, 3-4 hours on low for wings, 4-6 hours on low for drumsticks.
- Position oven rack 10 inches from broiler element and heat on high. Place a wire cooling rack on an aluminum foil-lined rimmed baking sheet and coat the wire rack with vegetable oil spray. Transfer chicken to prepared baking sheet; discard braising liquid that remains in slow cooker.
- Brush chicken with 1/2 cup more barbecue sauce and broil until lightly charred and crisp (to your liking), about 10 to 15 minutes. Flip chicken over, brush with remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, and continue to broil until lightly charred and crisp on second side, 5 to 10 minutes longer. Serve.
- Note about drumsticks... I've made these with wings and drumsticks and the wings do turn out much more juicy and have more flavor. Drumsticks are good, but we all prefer the wings.
