½ cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons ground paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a shallow baking dish with aluminum foil and grease lightly.
  • Cut tips from chicken wings and discard. Cut between the joint to separate each wing into 2 pieces.
  • Combine butter and garlic in a small saucepan over low heat; heat until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip chicken wing pieces in melted butter mixture; coat with Parmesan cheese mixture in the bowl. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter on top.

¾ cup cornstarch, divided
2 lb chicken wings, rinsed and patted dry
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
⅔ cup water
peanut or vegetable oil, for frying
½ cup buffalo sauce
ranch or blue cheese dip, for serving
1 stalk celery sticks, for serving, cut into sticks

Steps:

  • In a bowl, toss ¼ cup (30 grams) of cornstarch and the chicken wings together until fully coated. Transfer the wings to a wire rack and let rest and dry out for 20 minutes, ideally in the fridge if you have space.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ½ cup of cornstarch, the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in the water, breaking up any lumps and mixing until smooth. The batter should be slightly runny.

1/2 cup chili sauce
1 teaspoon honey
Chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, combine baking powder, salt, garlic powder, chili powder and curry powder (if you're using) until blended and whisk to combine well.

2 tsp. ground black pepper, divided
2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne), divided
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. smoked paprika
40 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
12 chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 cup HEINZ Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tsp. each black pepper and cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes and smoked paprika. Mix 1 Tbsp. seasoning mix and crushed crackers in a pie plate and set aside.
  • Sprinkle the wings evenly with the remaining seasoning mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Whisk eggs, hot sauce, mustard and the remaining black pepper and cayenne pepper in a separate pie plate. Dredge chicken wings into the egg mixture, then into the crushed cracker mixture. Place in greased shallow baking pan.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until golden brown and done, turning after 20 min.

3 lbs chicken wings, mixture of drumettes and wingettes
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
⅔ cup potato starch or corn starch
Vegetable oil for frying
Sesame seeds
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced or grated
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup honey
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp brown sugar

Steps:

  • Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add the olive oil, and garlic; cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar, mustard and brown sugar; stir and cook for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Place chicken wings in a big mixing bowl. Add ginger, salt and black pepper; using your hand, mix until well blended.
  • Place potato starch in a shallow dish. Roll each wing in the powder; shake off excess powder.
  • Heat oil in wok or a large frying pan. Add wings few at a time and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning a few times using a tong. Drain on paper towel lined plate. (I cooked mine in three batches).
  • Refry the wings, starting with the first batch (followed by second and then third batch), for another 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towel lined plate.
  • Reheat the sauce; add the hot chicken wings. Mix well until wings are fully coated with sauce. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Serve and enjoy!

1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 heaping Tablespoon of Baking Powder
Lawrys Seasoning Salt to taste, optional

Steps:

  • Prepare the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place a wire rack in the baking pan.
  • Spray racks with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place the flour in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the baking powder. Stir well to combine.
  • Place the wing pieces in the flour mixture. Toss well to fully coat.
  • Place wing pieces on the wire racks, leaving space between each piece.
  • Let wings rest on wire rack for 20 minutes while the oven warms up.

Steps:

  • For the wings: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and brush the foil with the oil.
