CARAMEL CRISPY RICE TREATS

Steps:

• Prepare a baking dish and a large mixing bowl with non-stick cooking spray. Pour cereal into a large mixing bowl and set next to your stove.
• Heat caramel bits and butter together in a large saucepan over low heat until both are melted and the mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes; add marshmallows. Continue to cook the mixture, stirring regularly, until the marshmallows are melted and the mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes; pour immediately into the middle of the cereal in the bowl and quickly stir to coat cereal completely.
• Spread the coated cereal into the prepared baking dish. Spray the back of a spoon with cooking spray and use it to press the cereal into an even layer. Let cereal cool completely before cutting into squares.

RICE KRISPIES ICE CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• Mix all together. (omitting the icecream).
• Spread 1/2 the mixture in a buttered 9x13 inch baking pan.
• Slice icecream (softened) on top.
• Sprinkle with remaining crumbs over the top.
• Refreeze.
• It's already quite sweet, but if you're so inclined, drizzle with a little of your favorite ice-cream topping. Butterscotch, caramel, or hotfudge all work.

SALTED CARAMEL RICE KRISPIE TREATS

Steps:

• Melt caramels and butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until melted and smooth. Add caramel ice cream topping and stir. Remove from heat and set aside.
• In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until almost melted.
• Stir in vanilla, 1 tsp of sea salt, and about ⅔ of the caramel mixture. Stir until ingredients are completely combined.
• Remove from heat. Stir in cereal, a cup at a time, until it's evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
• Press mixture into a 13x9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray - press down with a spatula sprayed with cooking spray.
• Spread the reserved caramel mixture over rice krispie treats. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tsp of the sea salt.
• Let treats cool, then cut into squares and enjoy!

CRISPY RICE CARAMEL ICE CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and sugar. Stir in rice cereal, 1 cup at a time; remove from heat.
• Press 1/2 of crispy mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Slice off sections of ice cream, and spread entire half gallon in an even layer over crispy mixture. Top with remaining crispy mixture. Drizzle caramel topping over dessert. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
