- Sprinkle pork chops with lemon juice. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, rosemary, thyme and pepper; rub over chops., Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.

- In a small bowl, combine the parsley, marjoram, sage, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brush both sides of pork chops with 1 teaspoon oil; rub with herb mixture., In a large nonstick skillet, cook chops in remaining oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove and keep warm. Add broth and sherry or additional broth to skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits. Bring to a boil. , Return chops to the pan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. Serve chops with pan juices.

- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour 1-1/2 cups into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting., Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill pork, covered, over medium heat or broil 4-5 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly coat a wire rack with cooking spray and set in a rimmed baking sheet.
- Whisk eggs and water together in a shallow dish. Place bread crumbs in a second shallow dish.
- Season pork chops evenly with salt and pepper. Dip and coat chops in egg, allow excess to drip off, then dip in bread crumbs until well coated.
- Heat 1/2 of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place 2 chops in the skillet and cook until golden and crisp, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until crisp on the other side, 1 to 2 minutes more. Transfer to the prepared rack. Heat remaining oil in the skillet and repeat to sear remaining chops.
- Bake pork chops in preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 10 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 155 degrees F (68 degrees C).

CREAMY HERBED PORK CHOPS (FROM BETTER HOMES & GARDENS)
I enjoy this recipe for pork chops if I have the time. Typically, I just prefer my pork chops dredged in flour with salt & pepper and fried, but this is really, really good too.

- Trim fat from meat. If desired, sprinkle with salt & pepper. In a large skillet cook chops in butter over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn chops and add carrot. Cook for 5-7 minutes more or til no pink remains. Remove chops, reserving drippings and carrot.
- For sauce, stir parsley; flour; basil, thyme, or tarragon; bouillon granules; and 1/4 tsp pepper into drippings and carrot. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir til thickened and bubbly. Stir in water. Return chops to skillet and heat through. To serve, spoon sauce over chops.
CRISPY HERB-COATED PORK CHOPS
Quick and tastey. I added a sprinkle of seasoning salt to each chop for extra flavor.
