CANDY COATED CRISPIX MIX
Sweet and salty with plenty of crunch, this Candy Coated Crispix Mix is the most munchable, absolutely addicting snack mix to make this holiday season! It's hard to resist grabbing a handful of the caramel covered clusters of cereal, peanuts, and M&M's every time you walk by the kitchen! Perfect for sharing with friends and neighbors!

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray. Combine the Crispix cereal and peanuts in a very large bowl and set aside.
- Combine the butter, sugar, corn syrup, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes.
- Add the baking soda and stir well. The mixture will foam up a bit. Immediately pour over the cereal and peanuts, stirring to evenly coat the cereal with the candy mixture. It's okay if not every piece gets coated. This step is to distribute the candy coating as evenly as possible, but you don't want to crush the cereal by stirring too much or too vigorously.
- Dump the coated cereal mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, using a spatula or large wooden spoon to turn the snack mix over every 15 minutes or so. The low heat keeps the candy coating soft and sticky and turning helps most of the cereal eventually get evenly coated, while also drying it out a bit.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 15 to 20 minutes until cool enough to add the M&M's without them melting. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to about 1 week.

CHOCOLATE POTATO CHIP CRISPY TREATS
Steps:
- Spray an 8-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted, then remove from heat. Add potato chips and stir until well coated. Spray a spatula or your hands with nonstick cooking spray and press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle candy bar pieces on top of chips and press down gently to adhere. Sprinkle with flaky salt to finish. Refrigerate until chocolate sets, 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares.

- Spread 1 package of corn chips on the bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking pan; sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips., In a large heavy saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Pour half of the peanut butter mixture over chip mixture. Top with remaining corn chips and chocolate chips; drizzle with remaining peanut butter mixture. Let stand until set. Cut into bars.

- Butter 13x9x2-inch dish. Line base and sides with parchment paper; butter paper. Set aside. Remove wrappers from candy bars; break into sections. Combine in desired flavor amounts to get 3 cups candy bar sections. Set aside.
- Pace chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at medium an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and smooth when stirred.
- Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows, stirring to coat. As they start to melt, add melted chocolate chips; continue stirring. Gradually start to add cereal, continuing to stir. Stir in about 2-1/4 cups candy bar sections and 1 cup pretzels, mixing just until coated but not melted. Quickly press mixture into prepared dish. Immediately sprinkle remaining pretzels and candy bar sections over surface, pressing in lightly. (There will be some melting of candy bars). Cool completely.
- To serve, lift out of pan using parchment paper as handles; place on cutting board. Peel sides down; cut into squares.
