AIR FRYER TILAPIA RECIPE
This perfectly flaky and crispy air fryer tilapia recipe is so easy to make in less than 20 minutes! In just ten minutes, you will have tender flavorful tilapia ready to be enjoyed from either being thawed or frozen. Make this fish recipe with panko breadcrumbs or no breading at all and serve with fresh lemon and parsley!

Steps:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375 Degrees.
- While your air fryer is preheating you can season your tilapia with any spices you desire or leave it plain. If you're going to break your tilapia you can also do that now.
- Once preheated, spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.
- Place your tilapia filet inside of the basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and enjoy!

AIR FRYER TILAPIA MILANESE FOR TWO
Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Pat tilapia fillets dry using a paper towel. Coat both sides of fish with flour.
- Whisk egg, lemon juice, and salt together in a shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs and lemon-pepper seasoning in a separate shallow bowl.
- Dip flour-coated fish first in egg and then in bread crumb mixture. Press down on the fish so that the bread crumbs stick. Spray both sides of fish with cooking spray.
- Place fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. Flip fish over using a spatula and cook for 3 minutes more. Serve with lemon wedges.

- Combine panko, parsley, and salt on a dinner plate. Mix egg and milk together in a bowl.
- Dip fillets into the milk mixture and shake off excess. Lightly dredge in panko mixture.
- Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add fillets and cook until golden brown on 1 side, about 4 minutes. Turn and cook until fillets are no longer translucent in the center and they easily flake with a fork, about 5 minutes more. Serve immediately.

- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Meanwhile, pat each tilapia filet dry with a paper towel, then spray with avocado oil spray and sprinkle with salt.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder in a shallow dish. Place each tilapia filet in the dish and coat with breading. (You most likely won't use up all of the breading.)
- (This is where the magic happens.) Place the breaded filets on a sheet of parchment paper. Lay another piece of parchment paper on top. Use a rolling pin to gently roll over the filets and press the breading into the fish. This step helps the breading adhere to the fish for maximum crispiness!
- Add the tilapia to the preheated air fryer and cook for 7 minutes (or until the fish reaches 145°F).
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice!

- Pat the tilapia dry with paper towels, then dredge each filet through the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off.

- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees according to manufacturer directions.
- Pat tilapia dry with paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
- Whisk together milk and egg in a wide shallow dish.
- Combine coating in a large glass dish (big enough so that the dish can lay flat): bread crumbs, flour, Parmesan, seasoning salt, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.
- Coat tilapia in milk mixture and press firmly into the coating mixture, coating both sides well.
- Open air fryer and brush basket with oil. Place tilapia in the basket (if you like, you can line the basket with parchment so they are easier to remove later). Spray top of tilapia with oil spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork. If desired, you can flip the tilapia half way for more even browning, but remember that fish can be delicate.
