Steps:
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate on HIGH for 1 minute.
- Stir and heat an additional 30 seconds at HIGH or until melted.
- Stir in peanut butter and peanuts.
- Gently stir in cereal, until well coated.
- Place powdered sugar in 2-gallon storage bag.
- Add cereal and close bag.
- Gently toss cereal mixture until well-coated.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
- Note: You can make this on the stove-top.
- Use a double boiler to melt chocolate, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter and peanuts.
- Pour mixture over cereal and proceed with recipe.

- Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray. Place margarine, peanut butter and marshmallows in large microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute 30 seconds to 3 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in cereal until well coated.
- Press mixture in pan, using buttered back of spoon. Immediately make 24 indentations in rows (6x4) in mixture using handle of wooden spoon. Press peanut butter cups into indentations; cool. Cut into squares.

Stir in KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal until evenly coated. Spread cereal mixture in 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan or cookie sheet coated with cooking spray or lined with waxed paper.2. Melt milk chocolate bar over low heat, stirring constantly. Drizzle melted chocolate over top of cereal mixture. Chill in refrigerator. Break into bite-size pieces to serve. Store in airtight container.
