SPICY ITALIAN CRESCENT ROLL STROMBOLI
Golden brown crescent roll dough filled with deli meat, cheese and banana peppers, topped with melted butter and oregano.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line baking tray with foil. Grease with cooking spray.
- Roll crescent dough out and press together perforated edges.
- Layer all ingredients on dough.
- Roll lengthwise and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
- OPTIONAL: Drizzle with melted butter, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dried oregano.

STOMBOLI W/ CRESCENT ROLL DOUGH
Steps:
- Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil, spray with non stick oil and lay out the crescent roll dough. Press the seams together.
- Add the ham, pepperoncinis, pepperonis, and salami along the horizontal center line. *See video
- Bring the sides over the top to cover completely.
- Add the Italian seasoning into the melted butter and brush on top of the Stromboli. Sprinkle with parmigiana cheese.
- Bake at 350℉ for 16-24 mins or until golden brown.

MINI CRESCENT STROMBOLI ROLLS
These are fast, easy, and guaranteed to keep 'em coming back for more! If making as a main dish, I double this, and serve with a fresh green salad. They are also a wonderful appetizer. I made these up one day when I was anxious to get rid of a tube of crescent rolls in the fridge...had them sitting on the counter, my dad came home and wiped out the whole batch!! A definite family-pleaser! The ingredient amounts are approximate...I like mine w/o pepperoni, and they are equally as delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Unroll crescent roll dough on baking sheet, and separate crescent rolls along perforations, into 8 triangles.
- On large end of each triangle, layer, pepperoni, salami, and ham.
- Top with about 1/8 cup grated mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Starting at large end, roll up like crescent roll, ending with pointed end down.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Serve with sauce for dipping.

Handheld pizza for busy families on the go! Yummy pizza ingredients all wrapped in pre-made pizza or crescent dough. You decide what 'toppings' to add; veggies, sausage, pepperoni - whatever you like! If you don't like extra spice, feel free to leave out the red pepper for a milder sauce.

- Spicy Pizza Sauce: Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onions and saute until they are soft, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and wine; cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, red pepper, salt and black pepper. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until thickened. Stir in the vinegar; cool. Freeze leftover pizza sauce for a future Pizza Stromboli or regular pizza.
- Pizza Stromboli: Makes 1 large Stromboli. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove crescent roll sheet from tube and place on sheet of parchment paper. Roll dough into a 10x14-inch rectangle. Place on baking sheet.
- Spread 1/2 of cheese down the center third of the dough. Top with 1 cup Spicy Pizza Sauce and 1 cup of chopped vegetables. Top with remaining cheese.
- Cut 1-inch crosswise strips down the sides of the rectangle. Starting from one end, bring one of the dough strips across the filling diagonally. Repeat on the other side, crisscrossing the dough strips. Continue down the rest of the braid, alternating strips to form the loaf. Brush with egg wash (one egg beaten with a pinch of salt). Sprinkle with dehydrated onions or poppy seed. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
