2 cans (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count) or 2 cans (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup small fresh broccoli florets
1/3 cup quartered cucumber slices
1 plum (Roma) tomato, seeded, chopped
1/4 cup shredded carrot

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • If using crescent rolls: Unroll both cans of dough; separate dough into 4 long rectangles. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, place dough; press in bottom and up sides to form crust. If using dough sheets: Unroll both cans of dough. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, place dough; press in bottom and up sides to form crust.
  • Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • In small bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill and garlic powder until smooth. Spread over crust. Top with vegetables. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving. Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows.

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
25 slices pepperoni
Fresh basil or oregano, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 9-inch square pan or 10-inch pie plate; press in bottom and up sides to form crust.
  • In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in pizza sauce and bell pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon beef mixture in crust-lined pan; sprinkle with cheese. Top with pepperoni.
  • Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Served topped with basil.

Crescent Roll Pizza is an easy and quick weeknight dinner option the whole family will love!

8 ounce can Crescent Roll Dough Sheet
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
20 pieces pepperoni
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Steps:

  • Preheat oven according to package direction based on the type of pan you are using.
  • Roll out the dough and pinch together any seams that might exist.
  • Combine the melted butter and the garlic powder together in a small bowl and use a basting brush to brush the butter over the entire crust.
  • Use the back of a spoon to spread the sauce out on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge of the dough.
  • Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the dough and top with pepperoni slices. Add the dried oregano.
  • Baked for 13 to 15 minutes for a lightly golden crust or 17 to 20 minutes for a crispy crust.
  • Let cool on the pan for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.

My son want pizza for breakfast this morning. He found the recipe in his 4-H book but we did not have the refrigerated biscuits. So we improvised and this is what we came up with. You can add cooked ham, chopped hard cooked eggs or what ever else you want.

1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4 tablespoons pizza sauce, canned
4 ounces pepperoni
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Grease a cookie baking sheet.
  • Gently unroll out the crescent dough on the baking sheet so it stays in a long rectangle.
  • Press any seams together.
  • Layer the crust with the sauce, pepperoni and then the cheese.
  • Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until center is baked. (Ladypit said her's was ready in 11 minutes).
  • Note: 12 minutes leaves the inside still doughy.

1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup thawed frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
¼ cup milk
¼ teaspoon dried basil
1 dash cayenne pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Place sausage in a 12-inch frying pan and cook and stir over medium-high heat until sausage is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and slice into 1/2-inch coins.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and place into a 9x13 baking dish or 12-inch deep-dish pan. Press seams together and press over the bottom and partially up the sides to form a crust. Top with sausage, hash browns, and Cheddar cheese.
  • Combine eggs, milk, basil, and cayenne; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.

1/8 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) jar pizza sauce
4 slices mozzarella cheese
16 slices pepperoni (or 8 halves of candanian bacon)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Lay out crescent rolls on ungreased pan.
  • Melt butter, then brush onto dough.
  • Place one spoonful of pizza sauce onto each slice of dough.
  • Then place on top of the sauce half a slice of cheese.
  • Then place either 2 pepperonis or half a slice of canadian bacon on each roll.
  • Carefully roll up and cook in oven. (it is okay if can see the ingredients they still taste the same :)).
  • Cook for about 13 min or until crescent rolls are golden brown.

1/2 lb hot sausage (you can use mild)
1 (6 ounce) can italian flavored tomato paste
1/8-1/4 cup water (just to thin the tomato paste slightly)
2 (8 ounce) cans crescent roll dough (you can use reduced fat)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a small saute pan, brown the sausage, and set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, mix together the tomato paste and the water, and set aside.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and split apart the triangles.
  • Spread about 1 teaspoon of the tomato paste on each of the crescents dough triangles.
  • Carefully sprinkle each with sausage crumbles and cheese (make share not to over fill them).
  • Gently roll the crescents, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • These are great it you serve them with warm pizza or pasta sauce for dipping.

2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Unroll one tube of crescent dough; place in a lightly greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Press to seal perforations. , In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle over dough. Top with pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheeses. , On a lightly floured surface, press or roll second tube of crescent dough into a 13x9-in. rectangle, sealing seams and perforations. Place over cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until golden brown.
