- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef, stirring to crumble as it cooks. Strain excess grease from pan.
- Return beef back to skillet, add onion, pepper and garlic. Stir to combine. Add both envelopes of seasonings and beef broth. Stir well. Bring just to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Serve on sandwich buns with shredded mozzarella cheese if desired.
