SLOW COOKER RANCH PORK CHOPS
This is a slow cooker favorite in my family. The pork comes out so tender and moist, you don't even need a knife. Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes.

Steps:
- Stir together cream of chicken soup, water, and ranch seasoning mix in a slow cooker until well combined. Add pork chops.
- Cook on Low until pork chops are no longer pink in the center, 4 to 6 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Stir in sour cream during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Steps:
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker pot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the pork chops in the pot. Since I used a small slow cooker, I have them stacked 2 deep.
- Pour the entire can of cream soup over the pork chops.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the soup.
- If you want to add the water, pour that in last.
- Put the lid on the slow cooker and turn it on low and let it cook for 6 hours.
- Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable.

CREAMY RANCH PORK CHOPS & RICE
So quick and easy and extremely good! This is from the Campbell's Soup Kitchen and just great! The Ranch-style Rice alone is worthwhile! I plan to make a big batch of the rice w/ mixed veggies to take to next month's church potluck. Next time I plan on using chicken breasts instead of pork, I think it would be just as good.

- Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.

- In a medium bowl, mix together the soup and dry ranch packet. Pour on the top of the pork chops.
