CREAMY YOGURT JELLO
A major jello upgrade, transforming it into a creamy dessert with the addition yogurt and heavy cream. Light in texture, rich in flavor, perfectly sweet with lovely notes of tanginess.

Steps:
- Empty the contents of the jello envelope into a medium bowl. Pour the boiling water over the jello and whisk until completely dissolved. Set aside to cool down to warm room temperature; about 30 minutes. Do not attempt to speed up the cooling process by refrigerating it, as this will solidify the jello.
- Meanwhile, take both the yogurt and cream out of the fridge, to bring them close to room temperature. By ensuring that all components are at a similar temperature, prevents the mixture from curdling. Adding cold dairy to hot jello mixture, will cause the mixture to curdle and split and the texture won't be pleasant.
- When the jello mixture is no longer hot to the touch, whisk in the yogurt and cream until evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 4 ramekins or glasses or 1 medium serving bowl, if serving family-style. Refrigerate until set, 2 to 3 hours or up to overnight.
- If desired, garnish with whipping cream, topped with a berry and mint leaves. Serve cold or at cool room temperature.
ICE CREAM JELLO
I had this recipe at a shower over 20 years ago and since then has been a must have at holiday's, graduation parties and get-togethers. I use a glass 9x13-inch dish and after it's done it's really pretty to look at and even better to eat.. It is Better if You use vanilla and not vanilla bean ice cream. Thanks for trying my ice cream recipe. :)

Steps:
- Add 1 cup of boiling water to package of cherry Jello and stir.
- Add 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream and use a whisk to whip with the Jello.
- Let set in a clear 9x13-inch pan for 15 minutes or as Wife2uRick suggested waiting 15-30 minutes or until set.
- Then Add 1 cup of boiling water to package of lemon Jello and add 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream and use a whisk to whip with the Jello.
- Let set on top of the cherry layer for 15 minutes or until set.
- Then add 1 cup to the lime Jello and add 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream and whisk to whip with the Jello.
- Let set on top of lemon Jello for 15 minutes or until set.
- Then with the last box of Jello which is orange add 1 cup of boiling water and the last 1/4 vanilla ice cream and whisk together and put on top of lime Jello and let set.
- I usually do other things while I am making this and you can also use your favorite jello's but these together taste really good and I always am asked to bring it.
- Note: I usually cut my ice-cream in fourths and leave the ice-cream in the freezer until I use each 1/4th for the Jello.
- Jello can be stored in refrigerator when done. :).

Steps:
- Wipe inside of both sides of egg mold and along rims lightly with oil, using paper towel. (Or, spray mold lightly with cooking spray.) Close mold, matching up the rims of the egg halves. Snap each of the 6 individual egg halves together until each of the 6 eggs are firmly sealed. Inspect each egg to make sure it is closed and sealed. Place mold, fill-side up, on tray.
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 3 min. until completely dissolved. Cool 30 min. at room temperature.
- Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 min. Add to gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour into measuring cup with pour spout. Immediately pour into mold through fill-holes until each egg is filled just to top of the egg shape. (Any remaining gelatin mixture can be poured into a 8- or 9-inch square pan).
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm. Open mold using a dull flat knife to gently pry between the halves of each egg. (Do not pull on the handle.) Turn mold over and shake gently to unmold eggs.
- Dip bottom of square pan into warm water 15 sec. Cut gelatin into decorative shapes with cookie cutters, being careful to cut all the way through gelatin to bottom of pan. Lift gelatin shapes from pan. Reserve scraps for snacking. Store leftover eggs, gelatin cutouts and scraps in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

ORANGE JELLO SALAD
Steps:
- Mix together 4 cups of water, orange jello mix, and vanilla pudding mix in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring the whole time to keep clumps from forming. Once it starts to boil, remove from heat. Pour into a heat-resistant container (I usually use a glass baking dish), cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about four hours. Remove from fridge and break up the jello into chunks. Place in a large bowl. Add in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, and whipped cream and mix around until everything is combined. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.
