JALAPENO POPPER MEXICAN STREET CORN
One of the best things about summer is fresh sweet corn, and this recipe is a definite standout. We love its creamy dressing, crunchy panko coating and spicy jalapeno kick. If you're really feeling wild, sprinkle these with a bit of cooked and crumbled bacon! -Crystal Schlueter, Northglenn, Colorado

JALAPENO HONEY BUTTER CORN ON THE COB
The honey really brings out the sweetness of the corn. The flavor is great with just a hint of spice. This is great for a cookout. You can leave the corn in the pot with the butter mixture and just pull it out with some tongs and eat right out of the pot. So good
