Creamy Citrus Ginger Smoothie image

This Creamy Citrus Ginger Smoothie is the perfect refreshing drink! Made with coconut milk, fresh ginger, and navel oranges.

2 Navel Oranges, peeled and segmented
1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
1 1″ cube fresh ginger, skin removed and chopped
1 cup ice

Steps:

  • 1. Add all of the ingredients into blender - make sure your oranges are segmented if you prefer a more pulp-free orange juice. 2. Blend until smooth. Add more ice or liquid for desired consistency.

2 frozen bananas, cut into small chunks
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 lime, juiced
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
ice cubes as desired

Steps:

  • Blend bananas, pineapple, orange juice, coconut milk, lime juice, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, and ice cubes together in a blender until smooth.
