1 cup butter, softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Add the flour, sugar and salt; beat just until crumbly. Set aside 1 cup for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set and edges begin to brown., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine milk and 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. Cook and stir until chips are melted. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Spread mixture over crust., Combine the nuts and milk chocolate chips with the remaining semisweet chocolate chips and crumb mixture. Sprinkle over filling. Bake 15-20 minutes or until center is set. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3 cups milk
3 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 cup raspberries

Steps:

  • Place 15 graham squares on bottom of 13x9-inch pan, cutting as necessary to fit.
  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in 1 cup milk until well blended. Add remaining milk and dry pudding mixes; beat on low speed 2 min. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Spread half the pudding mixture onto bottom of prepared pan; top with remaining graham squares and pudding mixture.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with raspberries just before serving.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 large egg
3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent roll dough into one long rectangle on an ungreased baking sheet; seal seams and perforations. Roll out into a 13-in. x 9-in. rectangle, building up dough around edges. , In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and egg until smooth; stir in coconut. Spread over crust., Bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is set. Immediately sprinkle with chips. Let stand for 5 minutes; spread melted chips over the top. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 salt

Steps:

  • Set oven to 375°.
  • Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • In a saucepan, combine chocolate pieces, cream cheese and evaporated milk; stir over low heat until smooth, then set aside.
  • Stir in chopped nuts In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter or margarine (if using), until light and fluffy, then blend in eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix together flour baking powder and salt, then add to the creamed mixture; mix well to combine.
  • Press half of the mixture into the bottom the prepared baking pan, then spread the chocolate mixture over crust.
  • Sprinkle with remaining crust mixture, then press down gently.

2 cups salted peanuts
1 (12 ounce) package semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups raisins

Steps:

  • Coarsely chop peanuts and set aside.
  • Add both bags of chocolate chips to a sauce pan and melt chocolate over med/low heat. Stirring occasionally until all chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
  • Then add in peanut butter and stir until mixed in and melted.
  • Fold in the nuts, and raisins. Mix until combined.

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  • To make the crust, start by combining the flour and brown sugar in a large bowl. Then cut in vegetable shortening until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Press evenly into the baking pan.
  • For the filling, beat the egg until thick and light colored. Next, beat in the baking soda. Lastly, stir in the sour cream. Mix until well blended

Bake at 350 until lightly brown, about 20 minutes. Add the walnuts to the reserved crust mixture for the topping. For the filling, place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in glass bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir mixture until smooth and then add vanilla. Pour filling over the hot crust. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until topping is a golden brown. Cut into bars.
