Steps:
- Grease 9-inch-square baking pan.
- Microwave 1/3 cup morsels and 1/3 cup butter in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 30 seconds; STIR. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Stir crushed cookies into melted morsel mixture. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until firm.
- Meanwhile, beat 1/3 cup butter, milk, 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract and vanilla extract in medium mixer bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add food coloring, 1 drop at a time, until desired color is reached. Spread powdered sugar mixture evenly over cookie crumb layer.
- Microwave remaining 1 2/3 cups morsels, remaining 1/3 cup butter and remaining 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 30 seconds; STIR. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Let stand for 10 minutes. Spread chocolate layer evenly over powdered sugar mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For easier cutting, allow bars to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
CREAMY CANDY BAR DESSERT
Here's a dessert you'll have a hard time resisting until the end of the meal. It's every bit as yummy as it looks. One taste and you'll be smiling like a kid in a candy store-no matter what age you are!

- In a small bowl, combine the crumb and sugar; stir in butter. Press onto an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. In a small saucepan, heat the fudge topping over low heat until warmed; pour evenly over crust. Cool. , In a large bowl, beat the milk, pudding mix and whipped topping for 2-3 minutes or until stiff, scraping sides of bowl often. Stir in three-fourths of the candy bar pieces. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining candy bar pieces. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. Refrigerate leftovers.

CHOCOLATE COCONUT CREAM BARS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Combine shredded coconut, coconut cream, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt to a food processor and blend until mixture becomes easily moldable. You may have to press down the mixture and reblend a few times for this to happen.
- Pour mixture into an 8x8-inch (20x20-cm) pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Press down firmly with a rubber spatula and smooth mixture into an even layer.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Prepare chocolate layer by combining dark chocolate chips and coconut cream in a bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring mixture thoroughly in between.
- Pour chocolate mixture on top of the coconut cream layer and spread into an even layer with a rubber spatula.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
- Freeze for 1 hour, or until chocolate layer has set.
- Cut into 16 squares.
- Enjoy!
