ice cubes
2-1/2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
1-1/2 ounces vodka
1 tablespoon salted caramel syrup, sauce, or topping, plus more for decorating glass
splash of heavy cream or half and half (optional)
coarse sea salt to rim glass

Steps:

If desired, dip the rim of the martini glass into a flat dish of caramel and then dip in sea salt. Drizzle caramel on the inside of the glass.
Add ice, Baileys, vodka, caramel, and cream if using to a cocktail shaker.
Shake until blended. Then strain into the prepared glass.

1 tablespoon iced tea
1 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon caramel ice cream topping

Steps:

Place the vodka, butterscotch schnapps, and iced tea into a shaker with the ice. Shake until the shaker has a coating of frost on the outside. Use a squeeze bottle to coat the inside of a martini glass with a spiral of caramel. Strain the liquid from the shaker into the glass and serve.
