Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Place apples in large bowl. Add water and lemon juice; toss to coat. Stir in dry pudding mix. Add cheese; mix lightly. Spoon into 2-qt casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
- Bake 40 min. or until apples are tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended; sprinkle over apple mixture.
- Bake 15 min. or until topping is golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Arrange apple slices evenly in prepared baking dish. Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter using a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal; sprinkle over apples.
- Bake in preheated oven until topping is golden, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press half into a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish or a 9-in. square baking pan. Cover with apples. , In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thick and clear. Pour over apples. - Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, salt, and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. Cut butter into flour, using a pastry blender or two knives, until mixture is the texture of coarse meal. Add oats, and use your hands to toss and squeeze mixture until large, moist clumps form. Transfer to freezer to chill while you prepare apples.
- In another large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar. Transfer to a shallow 2-quart baking dish, and sprinkle with topping mixture. Place baking dish on a rimmed baking sheet, and bake until golden and bubbling, 55 to 65 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- 2. Place sliced apples in baking dish. Mix sugar and corn starch in medium bowl, stir in the evaporated milk and pour over the apple slices.
- 3. Mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Stir in the melted butter until mixture is crumbly.
- 4. Spread mixture on top of apples. Spoon 1/3 cup evaporated milk over the topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until apples are tender.
