4 chicken breasts
1 onion (finely chopped)
3-4 garlic cloves (crushed (amount depends on how strong the cloves you are using are) )
6 cups (approximately 200g/7 oz) baby spinach (washed and roughly chopped )
1 cup cream
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper (to taste )
½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated )

Steps:

  • Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts between two sheet of parchment paper and thin out with a meat mallet or a rolling pin. Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper.
  • Brown chicken in a large pan or skillet for 5-6 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Add the onions and garlic to the pan and cook until soft and translucent.
  • Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Pour in the cream, sour cream and lemon juice. Season to taste. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened then add the Parmesan and chicken back to the sauce.
  • Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Serve with pasta or rice.

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until no longer pink in the middle, 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper and cook until golden and no longer pink, 8 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.
  • Heat remaining tablespoon oil. Add onion and cook until soft, 5 minutes, then add garlic and cook 1 minute more. Add spinach, in batches, until wilted.

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1 (13.8-ounce can) refrigerated classic pizza crust
8 (1-ounce slices) fresh mozzarella cheese
1 head garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut head of garlic, about 1/4-inch, to expose tops of garlic cloves. Place garlic head, cut side up, in a sheet of foil. 1/2 batch pizza dough

2 cups lightly steamed and drained spinach
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a saute pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic. Cook 30 seconds and add cream and parmesan. Continue cooking over medium-low heat until reduced and thickened. Salt to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

2 1/2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
4-6 cups flour
1/4 cup butter (you could also use some of the bacon grease from the pizza toppings combined with butter to equal a 1/4 cup of fat)
1/4 cup flour
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 cups milk
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces baby spinach, chopped (half of a normal 9-ounce bag) or 1/2 a package of frozen chopped spinach
More salt to taste
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 package mushrooms (9-ounce package), sliced
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the water, yeast, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Allow mixture to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Add one cup of flour, and mix to combine. Add another cup of flour, and mix thoroughly.
  • Mix for 1 to 2 minutes. The dough should be the consistency of cake batter.
  • Add another cup of flour, and mix well.
  • Add flour until very thick and you can't mix it by hand very well.
  • Sprinkle some flour on your table, and turn the dough onto the table. Knead the dough by hand until it is smooth and elastic, adding flour as needed. This should take 6 to 10 minutes of kneading.
  • Place the dough back in the bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 15 to 60 minutes. (This time varies a lot for me -- I just let it rise according to how long it is until dinner time).
  • While the dough is rising, make the creamy spinach sauce. Recipe below.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Divide the dough in half. Roll half of the dough out on a pizza stone. Bake for 10 minutes. Roll out the other half of the dough on another stone while the first is baking.
  • After the 10 minutes of bake time, switch out the dough. Bake the second dough for 10 minutes, too. After you have pre-baked the crust, top with about a cup of the creamy spinach sauce and half of the cheese, chicken, mushrooms, and bacon.
  • Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges start to brown. Repeat with the second pizza.

I usually cook extra chicken breasts in garlic and olive oil and this is what I use for this pizza. You can also use Perdue Short-Cuts and add mushrooms, bacon or roasted tomatoes. 1 (13 7/8 ounce) package pillsbury refrigerated pizza crusts
1 (10 ounce) box frozen creamed spinach
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced
2 dashes hot sauce
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
black pepper
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread pizza crust to desired thickness on a large greased baking sheet. Bake crust for 6-8 minutes until lightly brown.
  • Cook frozen creamed spinach according to package while the crust is baking.

1 medium unbaked pizza crust, homemade or storebought
3 Tbsp. olive oil
half of a medium white onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh baby spinach, loosely-packed
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 (14-ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1-2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
(optional: additional 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Brush or mist unbaked pizza crust with about 2 Tbsp. olive oil until evenly coated.
  • In a saute pan, heat the remaining 1 Tbsp. olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and saute for 4-5 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and spread the onion-garlic mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Then layer on the spinach, artichokes and chicken in an even layer, and sprinkle afterwards with the Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden around the edges. Remove and immediately top with the Parmesan, pine nuts and additional spinach if desired. Serve immediately.

You need one batch (1 pound approx.) of your most loved Pizza Dough (You can either make it at home or buy ready-made Dough from the Store).
4 tbsp Butter.
2 tbsp Flour, all-purpose.
½ cup Heavy Cream.
½ cup Heavy Milk.
¼ tsp Nutmeg.
Salt as per your taste.
Black Pepper as per your taste.
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated.
10 oz Spinach, chopped and drained well.
1½ cup Chicken, cooked and shredded.
2 tbsp Lemon juice.
1 tsp Garlic.
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese.
¼ tsp Red Pepper, crushed.

Steps:

  • The first step is to use a pizza pan, a baking sheet, or a large circle, pat the dough, making sure that the corners are thicker than the middle part. Next, put the pan in the preheated oven at 475 degrees F.
  • I like making my Alfredo at home; for that, you need to use a middle-sized pan. First, melt some butter in the pan on medium to low flame. Then, add Flour and whisk it till it is cooked. Next, gradually add milk to it, stir it continuously, so no food lumps are made. Then, add Heavy Cream and keep whisking it. Finally, add Salt and Pepper as per your taste and a ¼ tsp. of Nutmeg.
  • Bring the sauce to boil (for about 3 minutes), and the sauce will be thickened. Add Parmesan to the sauce and other seasonings if required. Take off the flame and keep it aside.
  • Pour and spread the sauce on the Pizza Dough evenly; just make sure to leave about 1 inch from the corners.
  • Use a mixing bowl, put shredded Chicken, Garlic, Lemon Juice, and Spinach. Mix it well. Spread it on the Pizza Dough, sprinkle some Mozzarella Cheese on top, and add some red flakes, if you like.
