ITALIAN CREAMY NOODLES
I found this recipe in a cooking magazine. It quickly became a family favorite. Even with my picky son. It works well with beef, chicken and pork. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Cook noodles to desired tenderness; drain in colander.
- Place butter or margarine in sauce pan used to cook noodles; add noodles and toss to coat.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
EASY CREAM CHEESE NOODLES
Steps:
- In a large pot, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Before draining, dip out 1/2 cup of pasta water and set aside. Drain the pasta and set aside.
- Return the pasta pot to the heat over medium low and add the reserved pasta water and the cubed cream cheese. Whisk together until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Add the garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the pasta back to the pot and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute garlic in 1 tablespoon butter for 1 minute. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, pepper and remaining butter. Cook and stir over low heat just until smooth (do not boil). Remove from the heat. , Drain spaghetti; toss with cream sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.

I came up with this the other night trying to think of something different to do with noodles. The family scraped the pan clean, so I figured I'd better put it here, so I don't forget it!

Steps:
- In large saucepan, melt butter and add flour to make a roux. Whisk in half n half and soup.
- Add cream cheese, soup base, pepper, parsley and Jane's salt.
- Cook on med-low, stirring until thickened. If it gets to thick, add some milk to thin.
- When thickened, add drained noodles and mix together.
- Pour into a greased 11 x 7 casserole.
- Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.

CREAM NOODLES
Creamy Decadent Homemade Noodles, a North Dakota Favorite! My Husband's Grandmother taught me how to make these and now we eat them at least once a week. Caution: These are NOT low-fat, low-carb, or low-cholesterol!

Steps:
- Mix flour, salt, egg and milk until dough comes together. Do not overmix, do not knead. When the dough loosely forms a ball, roll it out on the countertop, using lots of flour so it doesn't stick. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness with a rolling pin, then cut into strips 1x4 inches with a pizza cutter.
- Heat a 13x9 electric skillet to 350 degrees, melt the butter and pour in cream.
- Add the noodles to the butter cream mixture quickly, layering them, if needed. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or "until you can smell them" as Grandma says. I think you can smell them as soon as the butter melts, so I just cook them for 15 minutes. Do not lift cover. After 15 minutes, turn off heat. The cream will have absorbed and the noodles will be crispy on the bottom and creamy on the top. Sprinkle with a little salt and enjoy or you can eat them with a little jelly or maple syrup.

- Heat olive in a medium pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Add butter and stir constantly until melted. Pour in chicken broth; add pepper and salt. Bring to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Add more chicken broth if pasta starts to stick to the pan.
- Stir Parmesan cheese, cream, and parsley into the pasta and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
