CREAM CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS
Sausage balls are an entertaining standby for me, but they were always admittedly a little dry - until I tried adding cream cheese, and better balls were born. I'll never go back!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Blend sausage, baking mix, cream cheese, and Cheddar cheese together using the dough hook attachment of an electric stand mixer on very low speed until well combined, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a rimmed baking stone.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned and no longer pink in the centers, 22 to 25 minutes.

SAUSAGE BALLS WITH TWO DIPPING SAUCES
Traditional, classic, and always a hit! These sausage balls are even better with a choice of dipping sauces.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, mix the cheese and sausage briefly on slow speed. Add the biscuit mix a little at a time increasing the mixer speed as needed.
- Roll the mixture into 1" diameter balls and place on baking sheets. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on the pans.
- Note: the sausage balls may be mixed and rolled, placed on the baking sheets, and frozen. When frozen, remove and place in plastic freezer storage bags. If cooking from frozen, allow several more minutes of cooking time.
- To prepare the dipping sauces, mix each sauce's ingredients together in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.

- 1. Preheat oven to 400F.
- 2. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- 3. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place balls into muffin pans that has been sprayed.
- 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
- 5. Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add a few minutes to the baking time.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick foil, silicone mat or parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl. If you have a stand mixer, use it, or use your hands for mixing.
- Shape pork mixture into one-inch balls and place onto the foil lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated 375 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh minced parsley if desired and your favorite dipping sauce, like BBQ sauce, ranch or honey mustard.
