Cream cheese squares. Very easy, and very good.

2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup margarine, melted
¼ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Press one can of the crescent rolls into the bottom of the prepared pan. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread over the crescent layer. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and lay them on top of the cream cheese layer. Do not press down. Pour the melted margarine over the entire pan. Combine the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is crisp and golden.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
1 large egg, seperated
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • line the bottom of a greased 13x9" baking pan with one package of crescent rolls.pinching seams together; set aside.
  • blend cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and egg yolk together.spread evenly over crust --
  • gently place remaining crescent roll dough on top, pinching seams together.
  • set aside.
  • whisk egg white until frothy, brush over the top of dough.
  • sprinkle with topping, bake at 350* until golden about 25-30 minutes.
  • slice into bars to serve.

Steps:

  • Line the bottom of a greased 13x9 baking pan with one pkgs.crescent rolls,pinching seams together,set aside.Blend together cream cheese,vanilla,sugar and egg yolk;spread evenly over crust.Gently place remaining crescent roll dough on top,pinching together seams.In bowl,whisk egg white until frothy;brush over dough.Sprinkle with cinnamon topping bake at 350 degress until golden.about 25-30 mins. Inspired by the popular Mexican pastry, these cinnamon-sugar cheesecake bars with their sweet cream cheese filling, crunchy sweet topping, and flaky croissant crust are dangerously good, and dangerously easy to make. Don't say we didn't warn you!

2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, divided
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups white sugar, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Unroll one can of crescent roll dough. Place in the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Stretch to cover the bottom of the dish, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
  • Beat cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough in the baking dish.
  • Unroll the second can of dough. Firmly press perforations to seal. Carefully place on top of the cream cheese layer. Pinch seams together and pour melted butter evenly over the top.
  • Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bars appear set when gently shaken, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool slightly for 30 minutes. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to make cutting easier.
  • Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows. Cover and store any leftover bars in the refrigerator.
